In a nation ravaged by secularism, only 3.5% of the Portuguese population identifies as evangelical believers. The universities are the birthplace of secular thought and home to Portugal's greatest spiritual darkness. But as influential as the university may be, students find themselves graduating into a life without joy, hope, or community. Jesus died to bring us these very things in abundance. 

He has led us to Portugal to shine light into the darkness and see students' lives move from desperate to hopeful, melancholy to vital. Let's change a generation and begin a cycle of breathing life into the world around us.
